American Rescue Plan Act - State and Local Government Funding Estimates

American Rescue Plan Act

House Democrats have voted to pass President Biden’s urgently-needed American Rescue Plan to send $1.9 trillion in funding to put vaccines in arms, get kids back in school, and help Americans most impacted by the pandemic – and the American people have noticed. This historic stimulus package will provide critically-needed relief for New York families, schools and communities.

Nonentitlement Allocation Projections

All data reflects estimated awards.  Actual award may vary.  Estimates are based on data from CRS, Census Bureau (2018 data), and HUD.

Uses Data from 2018 Census

Estimates reflect the total nonentitlement that underlying population generates - overlapping jurisdictions may reduce amounts provided to governments, and town totals will not sum to total allocation.

"No Overlap" calculations assume that, in some states, certain township and city governments have entirely distinct populations: "All Overlap" calculations assume those populations have maximum overlap.

This data is sourced by the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.

Please Note: NY-18 has split counties. The totals provided include only county allocations and the allocations of towns, villages and cities within NY-18.
